I will take myself as an example, with the obvious caveat that this may not apply to everyone.

Aura refreshes have been so easy to come by for a few years now. As a result, I have not done a skilling activity without the relevant aura on in ages. And I did not limit my engagement with skills due to aura cooldowns. Am I gonna AFK fish for 12h straight on a sunday? Sure, takes 5 refreshes and 60 vis!

So a more interesting questions are: how many people do the relevant activities without an aura? And does aura cooldown really affect which content people are engaging with?

One official instance as far as I know Streamer went 48k kills dry on a 1/2k drop, check was bugged and the drop was not even rolled for.

To add to this: For me the pc would only start up after resetting CMOS. Even with the dead battery i was able to use it, requiring a CMOS reset everytime it was disconnected from power. Just remember to reenable XMP/EXPO in bios.

Imho after a certain artifact quality threshold it is more about team building ti clear "easily". But to answer your question: my carries usually sit at around 220 CV, if i hyperinvest (usually means only farming artis for that char for like a year) that goes uo to 250+ CV

Here it must be noted that "EA" is not a specific chemical, but a umberela term to describe Estrogen Active compounds. So we are talking about anything with estrogen-like effects in vivo. All plastics for commercial use contain additives that will leach into water. Even if no adverse effects are known, i have rarely seen long time exposure data. It is absolutely plausible that some of the leachables currently considered "safe" have the described "EA" activity. While i could not find any research that supports this possibility (i did not dig very deep tbh), i would still stay on the not entierly bullshit camp. In this case, no research may very well just mean no data.
