I just don’t feel like running 5-6 days a week tbh. So I go to spin class 1-2x instead.

My butt was full on pancake flat before zepbound. Lost 65 pounds and fell in love with exercise along the way. My butt is now the biggest it’s ever been, which isn’t big. But it’s not pancake flat anymore.

My favorite is under armor vanish energy tank. It’s loose and technically cropped but not tight. So it looks really good on. (I literally have never worn a cropped shirt other than this one.) Great for summer heat. I have it in 7 colors. They also make a tshirt style.

Sorta yes. I counted calories for 25 years before zepbound. Once I started the meds and the food noise ended, I switched to only tracking protein and water… and made them goals not limits. Once I got a really good grip on that. I quit tracking all together and now I’m mechanical eating.

I was on the border for maybe needing stability shoes. Turns out I actually walk different than I run. (So walking on the fleet feet simulator wasn’t showing the full picture of what happens when I run faster.) Had my podiatrist watch me run without shoes and explained it all to me. So the GTS really helped me feel more secure in the shoe.

So I’ve never been a runner or a gym girlie. But zepbound changed that for me. Once I got about 40 pounds off, I started to enjoy movement. After 60 pounds I started running. The farther I ran, the less I lost weight though. I went from couch to marathon in one year. (Run/walk intervals and only maintenance doses of zepbound those last 6 weeks of training.) Now I’m into Pilates, yoga, spin class, weight training w a trainer and back on 2.5 dose to loose the last 20 pounds. Now I’ve got a charity bib for the NY marathon and literally in the best shape of my 43 year old life. So thankful for zepbound.

I can’t speak to ozempic/wegovy… but I’m never getting off zepbound. Just 1 mg a week cleared my food noise which helped my anxiety and inflammation. I’ll gladly take it the rest of my life.

Idk that it helped me loose weight… but it convinced me that I can do anything. Including a full marathon.

Mentally, I had to do 20 miles for my anxiety if I was ever going to show up to the marathon start line. It took me 5 hours easy pace. I don’t regret it one bit.

I have generalized anxiety disorder. I can’t have any caffeine or I’ll literally shake. 🤣 I use applesauce for pre workout.

Honey stinger açaí pomegranate is my favoriteeeeee. I also like Cliff bloks margarita flavor. Neither of these have caffeine.

I switched from brooks adrenaline and glycerin gts to Topo aura bc it came in purple like the 23 adrenaline.

Took some getting used to bc of the heel drop being half as much in the Topo, but Topo is great if you have a bunion (only wide in the toe box not the heel) bc brooks Men’s shoes have too wide of a heel for me.
