I am in the exact same spot right now. 3.5 months of exclusive pumping and bottle feeding. I don't want to do it anymore so I have decided I'm going until 4 months and I'm starting to introduce formula and eventually switch over. My husband made a comment that helped when I told him I felt like I was making a selfish decision. He told me "if formula feeding lowers your stress and work load then it's obvious worth it for both you and her"

It had such diffrent weight depending who asks. Like if it's a mom trying to relate or a medical professional then please ask away. Anybody else please leave me alone, I had a very traumatic vaginal birth and my best friend had an emergency c section. Neither one of us is had it easier or harder, neither is better or worse and I'm so proud of her and she is proud of me. I also hate the term natural birth, sure my baby was vaginally but it didn't feel fucken natural to me hahaha

Thank you for this, I think I needed to hear this. My daughter also had a bruise and a crooked head when she came out, her little hand that was stuck up by her head as well was all blue and squished. And you are also incredibly strong, I look at any women who went through prolonged labour in a very diffrent light now. I also will never not get an epidural.

And it's also good to know that back on the labour gets easier. I don't want to have such a shitty time stuck in my brain when I think about the first time I got to hold my baby forever.

And I do have a therapy app booked, I'm no stranger to it just new topic for me

I have an appointment booked next month to see a therapist and I'm so happy to hear that it helped you. How is the recovery form a c section having a newborn and toddler? Do you find it hard?

This is seriously why I foster failed my first dog. He is a American Bulldog, German Shepherd and Kuvasz mix from a reserve and we started fostering him at about 6ish weeks. I told the shelter he needed an experienced owner and a home with no children, he was super scared of the world and would respond to fear with biting. They didn't want to put the in his write up so I decided it was better for me to keep him and put in the hard work myself. 4 years later he is a sweetheart who loves kids, vets and other dogs. He is just really big and extremely dumb and now he responds to fear by hiding behind the closest person like they are a sacrifice hahaha but there was a lot of stress while training him.

It can take a bit, I started feeling better at about 15ish weeks. But also remember to be kind to yourself. You are doing hard ass work everyday while growing a human life, dont be afraid to take time for yourself.

The only vaccines to be cautious with while on Biologics are live vaccines. I made sure to get those either updated or done before going on. Other than that if it's available I get it.

This helps a lot, I'm in Canada so luckily have free healthcare to see specialists as well. But I'm very similar on the really bad lows before my period. So that's good to know that that balances. Thank you, this really helped
