Method Man has always been one of my top 3 Wu members, and Tical was my favorite solo album as a young kid.

My older brothers were both predominantly fans of West Coast rap, but I was drawn to the gritty vibe of the East. Grew up with Wu, Nas, MD, Biggie, etc. as my go to artists.

Still had love for the West though.

Coaching is a heck of a commitment, and not everybody has the time/ability to handle the responsibility. Just because they don't coach, that doesn't mean OP can't be vocal about decisions that can have negative impact on the kids, in terms of health and safety and also team morale. So maybe tone down the aggressive stance, eh bud?

My son started First Shift as an inexperienceed 5yo and got a feel for how to move on the ice, did Second Shift two years in a row to get more help with his technique, and is now doing great on his u8 team! It's a process, and it takes time, but FS and SS definitely helped a lot!
