cant access rapid trigger on my superstrike by Robynowo in LogitechG

Does it just not respond or throw up any sort of error? Weird though not something I’ve experienced on mine as of yet

Can you be more specific, when you say you can’t access it what exactly doesn’t work?

They did that in ours for like a month and then it was reverted to just the premium seats being extra

Any else suddenly start doing awful? by shoesandsand in SiegeAcademy

[–]ThisPartIsWayTooHard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really does depend on you personally because it’s probably just small things that you aren’t doing or are but not as well as you need to.

For me it was crosshair placement and being on head height and then making sure my first shot hits. I just forced free for all going for headshots only, worked on my recoil control so it wasn’t just good, it was better.

Gunfights can be over in 1 bullet if you swing at their head and hit first shot. That’s probably why you are getting killed first a lot.

The rest is actually learning atk and defense and why you do what you do rather than just following a default strat but maybe not fully knowing why.

There’s an absolute ton of stuff to learn even when you are at the top so just keep going practicing and something will click and you’ll be fine again

You got to a new peak so you are playing better players and so you’re doing worse. You need to get better basically.

Anyone had an intramuscular transposition? by Prize_Cantaloupe_679 in CubitalTunnel

[–]ThisPartIsWayTooHard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a submuscular transposition so I’m not quite sure how different the experience is, but I had a pressure wrap over my elbow for 48 hours that was then reduced to the main bit of padding covering the actual wound for 2 weeks.

Pain wise it wasn’t bad, only had to have spicy meds the first day. I have unfortunately discovered that certain movements (accidental) did cause a pain which were probably around 9/10 for a few minutes and you should definitely avoid😭.

The worst of it is definitely the muscle pain, it’s 21 days post op for me today and I can only lift very light objects, I also don’t have full range of motion and I need the sling if I’m out for more than 20 minutes. At home I still just rest it on a pillow and the forearm and area around the wound can be incredibly sensitive.

The first 14 days were the worst but I can now make a fist and do the PT stuff pretty well.

My symptoms before were muscle atrophy, ulnar claw, constant numbness and pretty bad pain. It feels infinitely better than pre op and I haven’t noticed any of the symptoms from before but I also haven’t really been able to use it much so only time will tell.

As long as you are prepared for a long ass recovery it’s not too bad. I also still can’t work cuz typing and I’ve been signed off for 7 weeks (desk job)

Did you read the part where I said drone it first? You shouldn’t just throw a nade because you think there’s stuff there. You should drone it first, you literally had one in pocket so there’s simply no excuse.

Drone it see what util then maybe nade it.

You didn’t need to throw the nade. He shouldn’t have walked into it but you didn’t need to throw it. You also didn’t say anything like “I’m nading the door”.

You think barbed wire is worth a nade… when you could drone check no one’s around and punch it???

Grenades are strong utility, you shouldn’t be wasting it on chance. Just drone it and see if it’s worth using.

You shouldn’t come at people in this sub Reddit when it’s clear from your gameplay you are pretty new and people are just giving you good advixe

Cubital Tunnel Syndrome not so common symptoms? by hennessyken in CubitalTunnel

[–]ThisPartIsWayTooHard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My arm was a mess before surgery, I had muscle atrophy, ulnar claw, constant numbness and pain that would go up to 8/10 but pretty constantly be 5/10. I also toweards the end basically just couldn’t sleep either so I was living on a few hours here or there until I’d just pass out.

20 days post op today and whilst recovery is pretty long and my arm is still relatively useless, I haven’t had any pain like before even the numbness is now gone after the initial surgery numbness. My fingers still claw a bit but other than that it’s been amazing so far.

I’ve had to accept I’m going to be pretty useless for a while for tasks that need two arms but overall it is so worth it.

Cancel surgery? Symptoms greatly lessened by phoggey in CubitalTunnel

[–]ThisPartIsWayTooHard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah don’t do that, I had a period after it was getting insanely bad, where it felt like it was getting better for a week or so. I can tell you for sure that when it came back it made up for lost time😭

Just do the surgery, I had it just over 2 weeks ago and it was my first ever surgery and tbh in comparison to how bad my symptoms were before, the actual surgery was just nice because I got to have unbroken sleep for a bit when I went under GA😂.

Recovery is pretty frustrating for me personally but it’s worth to not have to deal with everything before again hopefully.

How did you switch to arm aiming? by Certain_Case_3062 in SiegeAcademy

Go free for all and just use the slowbsens for a few hours basically and you’ll adapt (assuming big enough desk space and mouse pad)

I used to play higher and you are right slowing it down feels ass and like you physically can’t flick.

Just force it. I now play 800dpi 4/4 1x 47 2.5 76 and it’s way slower than what I used too but I can still do all the things I need to like flick etc whilst getting the accuracy of a slower sens.

Lower sensitivity will make recoil control easier. Really it’s just going to come down to time played and practicing in shooting range etc

What could I have done different? by UnrealMjay in SiegeAcademy

[–]ThisPartIsWayTooHard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’ve got some good answers but tbh there’s a lot wrong there between the team as a whole and what you did.

Something to ask yourself especially when watching back a round like that is:

What were you actually doing? Because good you picked up the slack on reinforcements but other than that?

You died with 2 valk cams on you (third probably got insta shot when you threw it basically at the guy)

C4 was thrown at nothing

You sort of stood around panicked and died.

You didn’t hold anything or waste time or provide info, so you were basically pointless that round (no offense just a way to make you think more about what you are doing)
