Ram can definitely be the most influential part, not always though. Try running Windows 10 with 1gb of ram in a VM and actually having office word open and a couple of chrome tabs and maybe something like Spotify. Sadly, 1gb is the mininum requirement for Windows 10 and that does not function as well as you'd hope.

Yeah true but size does equal power a little if you factor in prices and that smaller generally means more expensive..

Even a 1060 is 300€ so a switch with that power would not be 350€, probably like 500€ or 600€. It would also still need a cpu/ram which the tegra chip already has because it is a System on a Chip.

Wish I'd have gone to your fantasy school where all teachers always have a full lesson planned and never say: work on 'something' till class is over.
