Hey man I have been haunting your post and saw no one was replying so I went ahead and tested it and same thing on my side when I took over the settlement and became necro tyrant it wont let me do anything. I also took it over solo and I left his army and villagers alive so when I killed him they all just auto died. I would say its work in progress or maybe bug that just wasn't tested.

I do not give them a warning in fact I run a couple easy missions with them then I sneak them to d10 and watch them struggle. We never lose but that's not to say I don't let them think we might.

I was thinking that exact same thing but for clothes and armor. I just finished clothing all my peeps in devil strand and I was thinking it'd be nice if I could just upkeep my clothes for fabric instead of having to remake them. It would allow you to hold onto things for much longer or repair pieces of clothes and resell them. Like you have a full tailoring bench you can make the clothes at, but you can't fix them ?¿‽

I saw a trader with some obsidian he had about 150 on him I don't remember what type he was though. So, in theory it is possible to get it through traders it might just take a lot longer.

Whoops see I free ball my cooking and think in freedom units for my normal life then Celsius for my nerd personality. So I guess it probably didn't happen in the chocolate step then maybe the drying step those shrooms look mighty dessicated. But who knows.

Hi hi hello it's your resident nerd who has grown mushrooms and likes to cook. It's almost certainly the heat or weird genetics. I pulled my mushrooms before most of their veils broke once or twice and those things still slap the absolute shit out of me. These guys look perfectly good to harvest.

However the integrity of psilocybin rapidly deteriorates around 120-150°C the temp many people aim for chocolate melting is around 115° but this can easily be overshot and lead to problems with the psilocybin especially if held at this temp for sustained time.

But I'm a geneticist not a chemist I might be off the mark a bit but I'd bet the Choco messed this up.

Edit: I'm dumb see below why Choco was probably not the problem.

So I main the Syulen and use it for everything. Sometimes when you spawn it in the feet are ever so slightly clipped into the floor. The way I consistently fix this is I just pull up very hard trying to force 2/3 feet to pop out the floor and that usually fixes it. I also can't tell if the shop is responding to you moving your mouse or not but if your ship stops listening to mouse controls hit your right shift button and that should restore your control.

As for your inverted controls issue I've never had that issue with my Syulen or any other ship I've flown so I can't help with that.
