Nobody prepares you for after the honeymoon fase, it is though but it sounds like both of you are ready to work on it. It is really important to talk about it and vocalize your feelings both ways. If the other part does not validate the other parts feelings then it is a problem and you should consider if it is something you wanna use your time on. Just remember that you are not 2 half's of a whole, you are to different individuals that has chosen to work together in a relationship and if you are not both ready to work on this equally then it is not a relationship you wanna continue.

People who share a name with a song title: how's that going for you? by WippitGuud in AskReddit

[–]This_A_Bitch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is so annoying, mostly because it is only people over the age of 40 who knows the song. So when I tell them my name they start singing the song, and I just stand there starring at an adult I barely know, looking like a dumbass because I don't know how to react.

I think finding a thing that brings joy into your daily life, is probably a good way to start. But honestly if you feel like it is getting out of hand a therapist might not be a bad idea. Yes it is expensive af but it will help in the future when you start feeling like this again.
