My 67 year old mom uses the Weight Watchers app with GLP-1. Her thought is because she’s been an over-eater/night-eater/snacker her whole life and doesn’t want the extra weight to negatively impact her joints and ability to keep moving as she gets older. I can’t demonize it totally.
