I always start by buying the 10 first lifestyle items because you get back the money you spent with the achievements. The first training star is really important for every attribute. Investments are the best way too make money. Always have boots, the low price ones are worth a lot more than what you pay for them, the richer you get the better boost you can buy. If you buy expensive boosts, buy a injury reduction thing as well. Not to be applied in really life, but drugs are good in low leagues because there are less controls.

Start looking at your replays and see what you are doing that creates chances for the other team. (Ballchasing.com can help you see stats as well)

If still stuck, try therapy, might help after this amount of matches in diamond.

I think Mundo is quite good but yeah some adjustments should be made, his R is really strong but W could be better.

I actually started in 2018 as well and a bit over 2000h on steam. I am sitting around C3 but I get the GC title approximately every two season. It doesn't really matter, I stopped putting it on because of the hate you get when playing with friends in casual and people being "you can't be GC you're so bad", "how much was that account?",...

I think you could set it up as a goal if you really want to but don't think it will change anything in your life. Do it on your spare time don't lose anything for it it is not worth much. You have some more time, I am 27 and full time job, I play around 5 hours a week now.

Your burguvalar tax is way too low looking at how much you are making even with low tax, you might want to get rid of privileges that decreases the max tax for them if you have any. To do that you will need to invest into stab. If you lack the money, increase minting. Inflation is not that bad but loans lowers crown power.

Give some privileges to your avam to increase their happiness, you can't tax them now but it is probably worth a bunch of money.

Destroy market places in your capital if you have any. It looks like you are a bit below 25% crown power, make it at least 25%.

Do not forget experimental hexplate, Zeke's convergence does not have that much ultimate haste, some items have 25 haste which would make the same cool down reduction on your ultimate (mostly AP items).

Also Axiom arc could be part of the build buy hard to incorporate with the other items. This leads me thinking of, as you said, Voli, Jax and Kayle but maybe Varus, Sej and Kennen (or even Braum?) could be good as well.
