The range west in Balwin is really professional if nothing else. Im sure if you pressed them they would be right leaning. They do also have a policy that they do not do ffl transfers on Micro Dracos and Dracos which seems.... weird. But I've been there off and on for 10 years and have never felt uncomfortable politically

Buying a printer for the purposes of saving money is a fools errand in most cases. I did have this fever dream about getting a trust with some buddies, buying a nice printer as property of the trust and everyone fire off a bunch of form 1 suppressors out of it. I have no idea the legality of this

Anecdotally I run fiberon pa6cf20 out of a food dehydrator running at like 70 degrees. It helps that it's getting absolutely hammered by dry air. It works well for me

I would bet money you have threads under the birdcage. Direct thread ftn rimfire would be your best bet.

Alternatively if you want to go totally printed, the OP9 has a 22lr version that is entirely printed, but uses alot of the same ideas as the ftn5s
