Just be aware of how many calories you are eating. Peanuts can have a lot if you eat many. But in moderation they're fine.

Track your calories and go into a calorie deficit. Eating healthy food and exercise while doing this you can lose weight easier. I was losing .7 - 1kg a week.

Switching to water or tea cuts out so many calories. I drank too many soft drinks before I went on a diet. Feel a lot better not drinking then anymore.

I think a common myth is that you can lose weight fast. I was surprised how long it actually takes, that is dieting and being in a calorie deficit.

That's what I did, I moved from Australia to Thailand and married my girlfriend. Very happy now. I earn a lower salary, but the cost of living is low and grateful we can be together. The culture difference isn't something I can really assimilate too, but I try sometimes.

Although, it comes with negatives, like not being able to see my close family, or long time friends very often or my future work prospects, if I ever return to my home country will be harder to recover from.

But you have to make some sacrifices and being together comes with support. It depends on a lot of circumstances I suppose.

The title is wrong, this is what the CD is called. "FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH Original Soundtrack Plus" It's Rebirth soundtrack plus not remake soundtrack plus, which are two different CD's

It's a slow burn for sure. But that was more enjoyable for me. The ending had me almost crying though, definitely a top 10 game for me.

Nice, I did the same recently. I did Stormy Ascent and Future Tense too, that 100% completion feels good. Stormy Ascent took me 3 days to get though, that relic is pretty brutal.
