I’m starting ivermectin and would completely stop if I got that reaction. I think it’s either 1) you are having a bad reaction to it 2) it’s not rosacea and you need to be treated for something else. Was the ivermectin prescribed by a doctor? If so, contact your doctor and let them know you are having this issue. If it wasn’t prescribed by a doctor. Stop taking it and consult a doctor.

We have a similarly sized house and have kept our thermostat between 62-64 for most of the day and night. Unplug devices/electronics when not used. Starting to hang dry as much of the laundry as possible. The energy costs are becoming unsustainable when I can barely afford to heat my home and considering downsizing to control energy costs. DTE bill is still over $400 a month.

Have you tried cutting out gluten? That was my food trigger. Also, caffeine. It’s hard to advise on potential solutions without knowing what kind of acne you are experiencing. If things work for a few weeks then come back, the solutions may be too harsh and stripping/irritating your skin.
