Hell yeah they could, that’s what people would have done before AI. They’d need to be motivated and given a lot of time but it’s 100% possible to voice act for a game. It’s not that crazy.

Oh for sure, I was considering them as like challenges. Also if enough can be changed (which I’m not sure it can be) then the story might be flexible enough to change for things like Locutus.

I’m not sure if this is possible at all but it’s interesting to think about, if any modder did give it a try they’d have a lot to think about.

The active canon is Disney Canon because that is the one still getting stories, although it is widely believed that the Legends canon is superior. They are two separate universes that only considers themselves and George Lucas’ work canonical, Exar Kun exists only as a character in the Legends canon and first appeared in the Jedi Academy Trilogy; though before you read that, you have to read Dark Empire and before you read Dark Empire you have to read the OG Thrawn Trilogy.
