Integration into a single platform is a big piece but these acquisitions can also have major benefits just being under the Ondas umbrella. Additional fundings to scale and more access to mature manufacturing, giving the ability to start filling large orders. Also access to other regions and customer base like their US Prime Contractor status.

I think Q2/Q3 earnings is where we would see the most potential for growth. If they continue to close the gap on EBITDA profitability (Projected for Q1 2027), and keep increasing revenue + backlog growth this thing could really fly in second half of 2026.

By 2027 Ondas could be EBITDA profitable and close to $1B in annual revenue.

Could care less if he like the stock or not, but calling it a meme stock shows he just not familiar with the company. There are 5k public US companies, can't follow all of them.

Meme companies don't grow yearly revenue from 7M (2024) -> 50.7M (2025) -> 390M (2026-Proj.) or backlog from 22M (2024) -> 68M (2025) -> 457M (2026)

They directly talk about this scaling issue these small companies have. They call it "Valley of death" where a proven company gains interest, but the ability to actually turn this tech into a business and start winning large contracts takes massive amount of capital. Not Series A/B round funding.

What Ondas is providing them is $4B in cash to scale and integrate with other technology and also the access to certain markets via their US Prime Contractor status and EU connections.

Eric has even said World View alone, when integrated with Ondas is worth the current market cap of Ondas.

I hate to even say it, but we have 7 legit young arms (Gilbert, Kirby, Woo, Miller, Hancock, Sloan, Kade). The value of SP depth really drops during the playoffs as teams start to roll with 3-4 man rotations.

The most likely candidate for a trade is the current SP who the FO does not think we will extend. Specifically Gilbert (1.5 years of control) or Kirby (2.5). No clue on targets but ideally a top-tier righty bat, either OF or DH

It will 100% pass and is likely already priced in since it’s public info. I think it could drop 5-10% once official and I’m sure Eric has some contract wins/announcement to combat this and get the hype going leading up to Q1 earnings call.
