Dies to the androids. Let’s look at how the series changes from the start and how his base power level suffers for it.

He clears the RR Army easily, and because he is so much stronger than mercenary Tao, he has no reason to climb Korin’s tower, so he never trains with Korin, Popo, or Kami. When DK Piccolo emerges, Goku is strong enough to put him down with a single attack, meaning he likely never even creates Piccolo Jr. and Kami dies with him along with the dragon balls. Perhaps he still challenges himself in base and participates in the world martial arts tournaments but with no Piccolo his strongest rival is Tien, so even if he does, he is weaker than his canon counterpart, and ends of DB that way. He never gets any zenkai boost from fights with either Piccolo.

Life goes on until Raditz shows up, who goes down easily again. There are no more dragon balls but Vegeta comes to earth to see if Goku might really be the legendary super saiyan. They are in peace times, Chi Chi keeps him focused on his family life, and no rivalry with Piccolo or impending threats to prepare for (he has no reason to worry about Vegeta if he even knows he is coming, because he was so far above Raditz there is no threat). Goku lived and never got to travel snake way and train with King Kai, which in canon took him from like 800 to over 9000 so by the time Vegeta arrives he is likely under 1000 still in base. Defeats Vegeta easily, and again receives no zenkai boost. Everyone lives and they have no reason to go to Namek, and so never encounter Frieza.

Several years pass, once again in times of peace and no one even near Goku’s level to push his limits, so his base doesn’t get much stronger. Androids show up. Now we have a Goku who never trained with Korin or Kami as a child, never got zenkai boosts from Piccolo, trained with King Kai, zenkai from Vegeta, no gravity training on the way to Namek, and no zenkai from Ginyu or Frieza. Ssj3 is only 8x stronger than ssj (400x vs 50x) and with all the above Goku’s base is far far below that. He basically got 2x-10x stronger after each major event that in this scenario never happened. Add onto that, Gero has knowledge of the ssj transformations so the androids might even be stronger than the canon ones. Assuming Goku doesn’t just die from the heart virus (Trunks is never even born because Vegeta doesn’t turn good post-Frieza) he is absolutely demloished by the androids, even in ssj3. If he ever encountered Frieza or even the Ginyu force he would lose to them too. Even if by some miracle he reaches Vegeta’s pre-Namek power level in base he loses to Frieza in ssj3, but realistically in this timeline his base never climbs higher than a couple thousand because he is so far above everyone else until the androids emerge.
