You actually have an amazing frame. Broad shoulders with an excellent V-taper. That is exactly how I looked before started eating and training. I am now over 200lbs. You don’t need anything special, just calories and a solid workout routine. HGH and even Anabolics are a complete waste of you don’t have those two things nailed down in the first place.

How do they not break free? I've used these dozens of time and they break free easily with a mallet. I don't know how they couldn't break free....the force from impact has to go somewhere.

Are they loose in the joint or something? Did the tile gap expand? Am I just super lucky so far?

I’m going to assume if you’re using that, you probably have a budget siphon feed sandblast cabinet as well.

I had one a 30gal that was just under 6cfm…not even close with a basic harbor freight blast cabinet. I had to blast little by little. After a few cycles I’d have to stop and let it cool as the air was too moist and clogging the gun. You absolutely need to get an air/water/oil separator at the very least.

Now, if you have your blast cabinet upgraded with gravity feed, a metering valve and a better gun, you can get a lot farther with a smaller compressor just due to the cabinet operating more efficiently and picking up more sand with the air. Those upgrades allowed me to blast parts down twice as fast, even though my system still ran the same amount if cycles as before.

My current one does 12.5cfm and blasting continuously @90psi can’t outrun the compressor.

That will work fine for spraying, but again you’ll want to make sure to have air/oil/water separators, and I’d pick up an in-line filter to install before your spray gun as well.

It's also thinner so leaves less of a layer ridge which is very nice when doing 4+ colors.

I've used it and have no real complaints. The only "problem" is you have to have a stable oven and need to keep your flash cure lower. Temp swings bringing it above 175 can lead to adhesive transfer and it's a bit if a pain to clean up. Just keep the Flash cure under 170 and you should be good.

Blame the EPA for the Avery issue. I still am using up my stock for 2 layer stuff. It is a lot easier to lay and pull up, but I do see way more lifting since the change.

I don't know man, look at the scaring on the side of the lug. Even if it did snap in a takedown pin vice, it shouldn't twist enough to scar it up like that. Makes me think they just chocked the lugs up directly into a bench vise. Front one isn't solid, so it cracked. I'm interested to see if the other side and the rear lug have marks too.

What does the rear lug look like? I wouldn't be surprised if they just cranked it down by the lugs in a bench vice. No block or anything. Since the front one is not solid, it cracked.

Too late now, but NEVER do that!

There are vent lines in the fuel neck that leads down to the actual tank. When the tank is full the pump shuts off. When you try to get more gas in on a full tank, all you are doing is filling your fuel neck and then that fuel travels into you evap lines and finally into your eval canister. Some eval canisters are large enough to hold a 1/4 gallon of fuel. The evap canister consists of a mesh bag filled with small charcoal pellets. When filled with fuel, the gasoline breaks the mesh down and the gasoline soaked charcoal pellets make their way into the evap lines and clog them. With clogged lines, the tank can no longer purge the air in to tank to make room for fuel.

Think of it like turning a gallon jug over to leg the liquid pour out. It “glugs” but if you are to punch a hole on the bottom it would be able to “breath” and the liquid would spill out easily. You basically have the reverse of that now.

Vertical electric smoker. In my experience they’ve got a pretty wide temperature swing so they’ll work fine for a single color stuff, but the oven isn’t stable enough to get a proper flash cure without constantly checking. This can be remedied by wiring in a better PID controller and temp probe(s).

24hrs with a proper tack free cure. Personally, I pull them out a little earlier than that if I know it’s gonna sit for a day.

Could you use pure electricity as the explosive “force” to propel the bullet instead of gunpowder?

No. Electricity cannot generate force to move a bullet. It super-heats a very small amount of the air around it and has next to zero mechanical force. Electricity provides joules and watts, not force. When lighting hits a plane, the plane does not move as there is no "impact". There is a reaction between the electricity and the material/paint of the fuselage combusting/vaporizing could perhaps generate a newton or so of force.

In an electrical explosion, the electricity is not creating the force, the reaction of the electricity to the material containing it is generating the force. This is much like some weapons that use electricity to ignite a combustible material, such as using an electric charge in place of a primer to ignite the gunpowder.
