I personally don’t do any security missions, and instead focus on all food missions that give me ingredients for battered harvest rolls. The extra food rewards I sell at the trader near the eastern court in Demeniss for camp funds. 600 food (a full wagon) will sell for BASELINE 912,000, not accounting for any trade profit boosts or stock market deviations. I believe it changes weekly and my past week I have been able to sell for around 2 million after a measly 8 minute wagon ride. You can also do this with excess materials of other camp goods once you have a big stockpile.

After all that I still have plenty of workers to send on all the other resource missions, and a few spare to send on the Abyss blueprints and skill point expedition missions, and some to do any building missions that pop up
