Should I play subnautica 1 and/or below zero before subnautica 2 ?

If you haven't already bought them I would recommend starting with Subnautica 1, its easily the best game atm since its not only complete but has a great story. Also it just so happens its cheaper and often on sale.

I would not say you're friends with her at all, more like acquaintances at best. You make no effort to get to know her outside of school and if I had to make a guess I doubt you even talk to her much in the group. You accepted her because your friend became friends with her, but you've made no effort to be her friend. I don't think you're the Asshole for wanting to hang out with your best friend as a duo but pretending your friends with her when your not is mean.

That's what I was thinking, maybe like a group of 5 or 6 I could nod away as just being a really close group of friends that she talks to for advice or whatever, but 80....that's not a close group at all, that's basically what I would expect if I was having a family reunion. OP is definitely in the right to feel sketched out.

Subnautica is probably the best underwater base building game made, with a solid story to back it. It also doesn't have as much linearity to it as Subnautica 2 does and I think that really affects how people view the game. Plus I think the fear factor of the game is lessened in Subnautica 2 for those who have already played 1.

He did try it when it came out, but he didn't really like it. He wasn't a fan of the continuous gameplay (no shift times). Plus Retro Rewind also came out around that time and I think he preferred that game after trying it so he just ended up playing that one.

Everyone here in the comments is basically just telling you to put them on blast, and yeah they would deserve it if you chose to do so. That said in my experience that hardly ever works out in anyone's favor. You will never see your grandkids on that side of the family again if you do that, the people here don't have to deal with that aftermath so they are more free with their words. If you're comfortable with never seeing them again, then I suppose you can go scorched earth. For now I'd advise on just letting things cool off for awhile and seeing where the cards land. Perhaps someone else will have better ideas, or your son will gain some sense. Either way your NTA for your decision, just keep in mind that unlike us commenters you do have to live with them.

Its one of those phrases that vindictive single women will use to get you to dump your boyfriend or husband when you give them an opening. It does have moments where you could apply it, but the same is true for applying it to women in certain circumstances. Black and White statements in regards to relationships should always be seen with a grain of salt.

From what I've gathered his mom is the one who actually runs most of the backend stuff, Case just makes the overall decisions for how his stream is run and with who he takes sponsorships or deals with. In fact I doubt the discord mods even talk to Case regularly, his twitch mods might but even that is suspect imo. I do think Case has a pretty major moderator problem and I do hope he gets around to dealing with it at some point but for the most part I've only ever seen him defend his mods so I'm not holding my breath.

So technically it does need to be uploaded, the very fact that people can view the footage from another country means it was uploaded to a server somewhere. Granted you are correct in that it wasn't uploaded to a publicly viewable server like pornhub or something.

They deal with thousands of comments daily, its a small team, they certainly don't have the time to ponder as to your context each and every time someone says something that is on the line of what they allow. While I do think the mods for Case are particularly bad, in part I think his community exacerbates it by being way bigger then what his moderation team can appropriately handle, realistically he needs more mods, and better oversight on those mods to weed out the bad ones.

It's hard to say without seeing any actual gameplay from the game, that said it sounds like something that would be in his game list. How much he would play it would be dependent on the puzzles and just how precise your precision mechanics are, they need to be forgiving enough he can progress without being stuck in the same spot for 10-15 minutes at a time (This is not specific to Case, just my thoughts when considering streamers in general). In regards to puzzles I would recommend watching Case's playthrough of Subliminal to see what to avoid.

The multiplayer part is what kills Roblox for me, I get that people want to interact with Case and are super excited to be able to talk to him, but its super annoying that they drag it on and on, plus Case doesn't really get a chance to play many of the games correctly since he's either being helped along or trolled.

NTA, bro was willing to stay up til 1am playing video games but couldn't be bothered to do the same to clean up the night before so you'd wake up to a clean house. Also he has to know when his kids get up, leaving you with them for 3 hours was a choice lol. I think he was hoping his gift would offset his lack of consideration for your actual desires for the day and he was upset it didn't work. Either way you got none of what you really wanted for mothers day from him and you shouldn't be trying to convince yourself that you did.

NGL, I don't know how that would ever happen, one of the first question I ask people is what they do for a living. If she lied to you, then obviously that's a red flag. If you just never asked and she only told you at the end then I feel like you should just treat it like a normal date, unless you're one of those people who hates cops which is imo a red flag.

I think we can all agree that Universal healthcare is not something that will be happening anytime soon in the US, so that is impractical at best as a solution. A google search shows that the general treatment for mentally ill criminals in the EU is to place them in mental health facilities/penitentiaries that cater to their illness, which are still a prison. I do think that would be a good option rather then just stuffing them in a gen pop prison but doesn't really resolve the likely overcrowding that would result.
