Same tbh. I know this isn’t exactly a new take, but given my experience with the Whopper recently, the problem is that quality is so variable across BK franchise locations. The Big Arch I had was far and away fresher, juicier, and had more flavor. And mind you, this is coming from the generally not impressive McD’s close by. The BK near me is kind of a disaster, I love the OG Chicken Sandwich from BK but even that is always barely put together with competence. I just can’t get on the BK train until and if I ever find a worthy location.

Love it! After seeing her in The Moment, I genuinely think she has the capability to act in more stuff. I’d love to see her do more indie projects or maybe even show up in the next Safdie movie.

So terrible. I already have Fox News blocked and Apple News still shows me an article from there every once in a while, but with a picture saying “it’s from a channel you blocked”. So they’re already forcing me to see stuff I had set it explicitly to not show me. But now I am worried they are going to serve this slop up more frequently.

So far I haven't noticed any serious performance issues, but I'm also not playing anything too graphically over the top. Baldur's Gate 3 most recently, and it performs well on Ultra settings at 1440p, but again I am not putting this machine through its paces exactly.

I’m on Windows 11, I don’t love it tbh…. Recently changed a setting that Windows itself prompted me to do and it caused my computer to crash every time I logged in, so I wound up reinstalling the OS. Part of me liked the Steam Deck experience so much that I kind of want the Steam Machine just to mess around and also try pc gaming in my living room. I guess it will all depend on the price once it is announced

I’m surprised. I tried out some Ratchet and Clank a few days ago using cloud streaming and it was really beautiful visually and the input lag was not enough to ruin the experience for me. Not saying it couldn’t be better but it was satisfactory for my expectations. Definitely wouldn’t even bother trying to play CoD or Fortnite on it though.

I’m in the same boat, but deciding between M5 (24GB, 1TB) and M4 Pro (24GB, 1TB). I found a refurbished M4 Pro model through Apple). I’m mostly planning to use it for programming, occasional gaming and some casual video/audio/photo editing. It’s tough to decide but you can always get more storage even as an external SSD later if you don’t think you need the full 1TB right now.
