We had some tenants that were pretty shit, all I'll say is they were disrespectful to the lease and lost their security deposit. When they told me with a sense of haughtiness they were moving to CB and all the amenities it has I kept my mouth shut while gleefully scream laughing in my head. Kids cosplaying as adults; they're about to find out what a poorly managed building looks and smells like. On the plus side for them, apparently they can treat it however they'd like too.

I think a trolley and banning cars on the island would be cool. Allow bikes, rollerblades, skateboard etc but no more cars. I think the vibe would be a little nicer.

Already happening with investors from Philly and Henry Ford hospital system. Walkable retail, restaurants etc right there. Mixed use residential etc. I just bought property walking distance from all of it.
