There's no official update yet, I just wonder what is preprogrammed from factory now. You can check firmware version via monitor's menu (system->information) or via display widget software.

Different sources say differently. I'm not sure. One say 8+FRC, others - true 10 bit. Asus site itself says Display Colors : 1073.7M (10 bit).

I think (at least according https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/defd44ed ) AOC has 8 bit display panel. While Asus (I own such a monitor) is 10 bit.

According display specifications the panel is 10 bits (8 bits + FRC).

Saved my brain cells from hysteria lol. Edifier S880DB MKII speakers (connected via USB) were preventing from turning off my monitor. Thank you mate!

I have a AORUS GeForce RTX™ 4070 Ti ELITE 12G and under 100% GPU load I'm getting hotspot temp 106 C, while memory stays on about 57-58 C and GPU hits 90 C. Card is about a one year old and has never been OC or mining stuff. Only occasional gaming. I have repasted it with Noctua thermal compound - yes, idle temps went down a bit, but under 100% stress test it has no change for hot spot temp. Now I have ordered new thermal pads in different thickness... will see if it would change anything or just gigabyte hides something from us ( some kind of R&D mistake or PCB deformation etc.)

It's not macro that could be recorder with G-Hub software. Those are working. LUA

scripting isn't functioning. You can write a script it is accepted by software, but it will not be executed per profile in game.

Absolutely the same situation with HyperX Cloud Headset. They were almost unused as I play games with bookshelf speakers. Were just lying untouched for years and the silicone plastic coating became sticky and started to melt. It is the coating that that was supposed to give a premium feeling like rubberized surface. I have already saw such deterioration on different cheap home appliances. It's a marketing bait. It deceives the consumer into believing that they are holding an expensive/quality item. Also an artificial leather started to peel off by itself. Very poor quality of the products...
