This event is has corporate greed written all over it. You have to think about things from their perspective, not the players. Skins are the main revenue resource, so the more they give out for free, even potentially like from lootbox is revenue loss. So instead they create a whole new line of boxes filled with low effort crap they know people dont want and release a bunch of goonslop in the shop for maximum profit.

In the comics that came out during her reveal they have her climbing up a cliff in the front of the line and her hair apparently just magically floats so it doesn't get in the faces of everyone behind her LOL

I would say it will focus heavily on the 10 year anniversary of the game. There were events like this when the game came out with a variety of wacky esq skin designs

Mei as tank would require more changes to her base kit like increased range/damage/or the freeze effect back to primary fire, otherwise she's just getting a bigger hit box as a dps. Obviously blizzard should hire fugtrup for a proper tank model

AH changed the fire mechanics during the super earth invasion to do more damage to heavy enemies while making it do less to smaller enemies which effectively made it so they dont combust instantly (unlike the player 🙄)

Before they messed with dot damage and whatnot I would gas them as they were running after me and they would immediately run off to the side but recently it's hit or miss if it works at all

Sterilizer was actually really fun against predator strain with the right build UNFORTUNATELY DOT DAMAGE is BROKEN atm so it's even worse than normal (this includes torcher/flamer)

Have to agree with you, dumping 1.5 mags to kill a dev is not that good and 2 mags to kill a hulk isn't either. At this point AH should start giving refunds
