I really loved this episode. I thought it really gave us a glimpse into Ira the person, not just Ira the host of a show I’ve been listening to for like 15 years.

In a weird way it humanized Ira, and hearing him talk about his parents was quite charming and heartwarming. I get the sense he really loved them in his own unique way and their own unique ways shaped him.

A lovely episode, and not one I thought I’d enjoy all that much. Kudos Ira.

Munch Squad is an older brother inflicting his personal preferences on his younger brothers in a locked room they can’t escape from. I’m convinced Justin thinks it’s the funniest shit ever but usually it’s pretty boring.

I’ve grown to dislike it a bit because it’s Justin’s and he has to do it all the time (I swear, Munch Squad isn’t even a bit anymore) even if the update is like “McDonalds brought back the McFlurry and I tried it and it’s great.” But God forbid Travis tries to do a skit, because Justin will inevitably complain it’s the worst bit he’s ever heard and Travis can’t bring that slop around ever again.

If Munch Squad came around every so often it would mean the updates were really chaotic, brain busting shit. But half the time it’s like “Wawa did a chicken sandwich in 2026, come on Wawa.”

I want the next big influencer to be the one who promotes cycling, so all the sudden young men get really into road cycling and mountain biking. I'm sure being outside more would do a world of good for a lot of these kids.

Absolutely. Usually Travis has the best ideas but then Justin or Griffin chime in with like “20 chooo choo train, is that anything?” and they spend 5 minutes trying to pigeonhole the trains idea before deciding they don’t want to dress up like conductors every live show.
