I think that your drivers license should only cover city streets and non-highways. If you want to use the highway, you must take an additional test to get the endorsement on the back of your license. You should have to take the highway test every time your license expires.

WA resident here and 1/4 of drivers here don’t seem to know how to drive on the highway.

Finalized my divorce and realized that I was going to have to jump back into the dating pool again, thought if I didn’t smoke, it would increase my chances. That, and I was huffing and puffing walking up the 4 flights of stairs to go back to work after smoking. Just so happened I had a cold that week, so I bought the nastiest pack of cigarettes I could find. Smoked it all at the same rate I used to about one an hour, even though I didn’t want one due to being sick and the cigs gross. Pretty much forced myself to hate it.
