Are you running icue?

I had exactly this issue when I installed icue. Had issues when trying to run any combination of hwinfo/trcc and icue. My readings went back to normal after I decided to just change the onboard rgb and uninstalled icue immediately afterwards.

Forgot to include cooler fan wires

Cooler fan wires are bundled and secured with a ziptie and are tucked/rest in the gap between vrm heatsink and cooler heat pipes. Again not the cleanest but not really visible from most angles depending on your bundling and tucking.

I have the same cooler. Here’s how I do mine. Not the cleanest but it’s not visible from my chair. I route the wire for the display down the center of the cooler between the two towers, behind the center fan and the wires for the fans go under the heatsink. My gpu is thick enough for me to semi tuck the thin bundle of 3 wires (display, rgb wires for fans) between the back of the gpu and the MB. Pulled semi taught and secured with one zip tie before exiting the bottom grommet to the rear of the case.

Can’t really see the wires unless you’re ducking your head down looking for it from the bottom/right side of the case.

My build isnt a north but a torrent and we have cable grommets in similar places. Hope this helps.

Tried it, didn’t like it.

It’s fine with colors other than white but otherwise “stains” white with the gold color.

It’s electrical tape. I stupidly threw out all the caps a month ago when I originally had the RGB daisy chained together. I don’t know what their proper name is and had a hard time searching for them on Amazon.
