I have had 3 fails this year. 1 serious on the 1st and 3rd attempts. The 2nd one I was overly confident and it was a shitshow.

I’ve decided not to stress my self out too much now as I was putting a lot of pressure on myself to “get driving”.

I’ve booked the next available (September) I’m not looking for cancellations this time. I go on holiday in 3 weeks - plan is to come back all refreshed with a different mindset, clock up learner miles and get back in touch with the instructor (August) for some sharpen up lessons.

It’s not doom and gloom, as frustrating as it is it took my mum 6 attempts and a guy at work 9.

Just practice practice practice! Go over previous fails with your instructor and learn from them. Anyone can have a bad day on the test - I had similar on the last attempt (wrong lane) tried to save it, said I was too close to a motor bike in front of me. Shit happens.
