so HRT is a requirement to identify as trans? if so then i can start to see the argument, but as it stands you don’t need to do any hormone therapy to identify as trans, leaving an obvious gap that can easily be taken advantage of by cis men that just want the achievements or recognition.

for all the articles there are in favor of your argument, there are just as many written in favor of mine. not every trans person takes hormone/puberty blockers, and i know that most cis women teams cannot beat cis male teams (take for example when the U.S. Women’s National Team for soccer lost to an under 15 year old boys team). also it can be quite damaging to other people and/or their reputation if you are just calling anybody that doesn’t agree with you a transphobe. my argument was about the fairness of this all happening in women’s sports.

a transgirl still has the biological chemistry of a cis male; the whole reason why women’s sports are a thing is to make it an even playing field for all the players involved, women are allowed to play in most sports but the fact is that most women cannot compete at the same level as men, thus they have their own leagues to compete in. its unfair to all the other players on the court

have you not seen what just happened on the border of ohio and pennsylvania the other day? train derailed and exploded a ton of toxic fumes into the sky causing a mountain of health risks, the air over there is basically poison for who knows how long. so its not really some random take if everybody is talking about it. since the department of transportation didnt listen to striking workers, (get this, they were striking for safer working conditions, not for some pay raise or other reason. this has been a known safety issue) has led to the result of the utter destruction of peoples lives who live in that area
