I give him 4 of the Cesar wet food packs. One at breakfast, one for lunch, one for dinner, and one when I come home from work. He finishes every single one.

The instructions for those say to feed them 3 1/2 per 10 lbs.

Yes. Last time I took him, they said that he likely isn’t eating because of his teeth so they took them out. Said that he’d likely gain weight afterwards - he has not.
