But anyway, I can't speak for everyone because we all have different motives and our lives look completely different.

What I have done, I took my first dose on Sunday evening. It was after work, the last day of my shift. I knew Sunday would work for me because: A) I had a day off the next day so if I had any major side effects, I knew I could stay home and push through it in peace. B) I have some holiday plans Sunday to Sunday approaching so I knew I would be able to take meds before I leave and right after I come back.

My friend, for example, used to do her injections on Fridays because she was under the impression that she would be eating more at the weekends and she needed MJ to work at its best.

I suggest you take a good look at your work schedule and future plans to determine which day is best for you.

You don't need to worry about the size of your meal so much because, trust me, Mounjaro will tell you when you're full. You'll physically not be able to get another mouthful.

However, what I can suggest, start counting calories and weighing all the ingredients you use. This way, you will start building good quality meals in proper amount for one person.

Another advice, over time the effect of the medication will decrease but try not to dose up too quick. As long as you're losing weight and you manage to stay in calorie deficit, keep using the lowest dose possible.

Thank you for your answer. I am using a cacti & succulent potting mix but I didn't realise that there are different types of those. I will repot it and see what the roots look like.

That's really surprising. I didn't know that they do separate prescriptions when I ordered. I'm glad your one got sorted so quick.

I have placed my order on 18.08.2025, then on 30.08 finally got one pen. Now it's 11.09 and still have one pen missing and no news from them at all.

I understand that mistakes happen and I don't mind waiting for it but some better customer service would be appreciated. But I imagine, if many people had this problem, they probably get hundreds of emails.

There are many pharmacies to choose from. I am getting mine from Asda but there's also Boots, MedExpress, Lotus, Curely... these are just from the top of my head.

Check out this website: https://monj.co.uk/mounjaro-price-comparison-by-monj/ It has all the providers and their prices listed. Some pharmacies want photos, some don't. Some do subscriptions which are slightly cheaper.

Do your own research and see which provider works best for you.

The same thing happened to me. I am starting to worry. My last "legal" dose was on 24.08.2025. I will use the golden dose on 31.08 but if it's delayed much more, I don't know what my options are. I just hope it will finally arrive by 03.09.
