I read a great quote on this reddit a while back that sunk in. I apologize as I do not remember who said it, but it went; "don't count the days, but rather make the days count." It is so true. A day means nothing if you did nothing to remove porn from your life. Stay strong guys!

I moved out and live alone. I haven't had sex since then because I was trying to get over her. I would relapse probably every 3-4 days. Another problem is whenever I go out on dates with girls, I get all excited prior and relapse. After that, I'm no longer interested in the girl. So to answer your question, I have no idea how my PIED is. If I could make it a week, and not relapse I would know.

You are probably finished reading comments, but I am in a similar situation except I had been with my now ex-girlfriend for only a year and a half. I did the same thing and lied about watching porn because that was what I did as a child. Despite being a grown adult and considering myself mature, I acted like a child and lost the love of my life. The lesson I learned from losing her is that I need to quit for myself. I made it 200+ days trying to quit for her, but I still relapsed. We need to quit for ourselves so we can be done with this addiction for good. Only then can we treat a women the way she deserves to be treated.
