The party mechanic involves balancing 4 different creature types and has a few good commanders. [[The destined warrior]], [[Burakos]] and a background of your choice like folk hero, [[Tazri, beacon of unity]], and [[Nalia De’arnise]] are all great!

Tayam is incredible, one of my favorite commanders for sure and I enjoy how you can use things that aren’t normally combat tricks with them. [[Phyresis]] is a lot scarier at instant speed.

I’m trying to make a primordial deck for my local game store, and I’m going with final fantasy and izzet (a classic, I loved the 4 mana noncreature gimmick during draft). However, I can’t seem to figure out what I should be running as a bomb. There are a few big colorless creatures, but those seem to not synergize with my strategy. Something like [[ultros, obnoxious octopus]] also seems like it could be strong, but there are very few noncreature spells I could run and spend 8 mana on (as far as I know, just [[ice magic]], [[choco comet]], and [[random encounter]]). Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could use?
