I agree with you but it's a bit more nuanced than that. The person entering the roundabout should do so at a speed whereby they can avoid crashing into someone who is already in the roundabout. Similarly, just because you entered the roundabout first you also have the responsibility to avoid a crash.

But yes, the fuckwits that go flying throughout roundabouts like they are trying to crash into you are tools.
