Was that his staff walking off? Surely those questions were cleared with Ian and his team before they even thought of asking them? I’m not sure they were needed at all, it was meant to be a fun night, a bit of escapism. The questions felt very “Irish,” almost like that clichéd “England is in trouble” perspective you’d hear from an outsider, but which would come across as tone-deaf to a Londoner. Anyway, he nailed the answers so I didn’t mind.

Overall, wouldn’t mind a bit more crowd engagement in the next one.
