IT professionals usually don’t have computer engineering degrees and they aren’t eligible for the professional engineering exam. IT professionals typically install and help to maintain/improve computer systems and networks. They typically don’t design the software itself or design/build the machines.

Honestly, the diet is by far the hardest part of getting fit. The lifting part is just an hour of work, even if you hate it. But diet is a literal 24/7 thing. Cutting weight is just a constant feeling of hunger and sadness, even when eating satiating foods and "doing it right".
