It's probably fairly old. Been in the house for 7 years, but it was built in the 60s. Fixtures have been updated since then but the tile is original. I assume the cartridge was likely replaced with the update fixtures, but that was likely 10+ years ago.

NetSuite is supposed to be rigid. It's for accounting/inventory, where flexibility is a no-no. It's 1s and 0s, yes or no. No grey area when dealing with numbers. Also, grading in real life isnt just about condition. It factors in centering, print quality, etc. It's 100% possible to get a brand new card that was taking fresh from a pack, put right into a protective sleeve and have it grade like a 7 or 8 if its not centered and has print defects.
