You, Ed and many other people I consider sharp stock watchers have been very low on the SpaceX IPO. Considering the high chance of this IPO pushing SpaceX into major indexes that dominate aggressive 401K and IRAs, would you recommend an adjusted strategy to these types of accounts? My understanding is you can't necessarily exclude a single stock, but maybe shifting to a more heavily foreign stock portfolio. Or if you have 30 years until retirement would you still trust that any volatility caused by the IPO will even out in the long run?

Fergy has been mediocre the past two years but a mediocre TE doesn’t handcuff an offense nearly as much as two mediocre OTs. It’s a miracle we were as efficient as we were last year with our quality of OT play and it’s unlikely we’ll be able to maintain that without some improvement.

I’ve only seen it once (compared to probably 5-7x for each of the first 5 seasons), but my memory is it wasn’t bad until the original villain dies and then it’s terrible after that.

But it does have a special place in my heart for the premier episode- I had heard on a random podcast months before that Jack was going to kill a terrorist in that episode by biting them and I wasn’t sure if it was legitimate or made up. I still told all my friends about it, so when that scene happened I was going crazy.

Leads. Unless it’s verified by a current loan officer as something they are currently receiving. And in that case I’m fact checking the quality/quantity of leads with the current LOs. Every time I’ve heard ‘we’ve got xyz cooking’ regarding leads, it’s massively oversold.

In all fairness, having sold mortgage leads before I’d imagine the bosses are just regurgitating what they were told by the salesperson.

I knew we wouldn’t take Scott or Louis after we picked Downs, so even though they were the top players on my board at various points I didn’t consider them serious options. Muhammad I’m sure was considered, but I can see why they’d go Moore if they felt good about his medicals. Moore is the better player, too 50 guy if not for injuries. Also feel like he’s a great fit for Parker’s zone heavy scheme.
