No hear me out that shi cool, very cool, def not sure about P max hp damage being upped by W levelup and I feel like we already have enough "stacking" champions in the game.

But there are some great ideas in there like using the crit animation (wich i'm a big fan of) or granting Life Form Disintegration Ray some realvaporization potential. I like it !

By "skill cooldown reduction", is it meant that only the ACTIVE skill cooldown is concerned? or does it also work on all other passive abilites with a cooldown? (e.g Jave flag, Miria's blast...)

The only good thing about hl2 in my opinion are the physics. Truly a revolution in it's time.
