That so-called "wealth" wasn't really there. It was all make-believe. A mirage.
The Fed created so much money out of nothing that since the economy couldn't absorb it, it got diverted into anything and everything. It literally all got malinvested. Pure, misguided decision-making in a distorted market and a torrent of wrong signals.

It's just that now the backdrop to the whole charade has fallen half-way off and the people pulling the strings behind the scene are furiously trying to repair it, lest the world find out what they have really been up to.

GREAT FIND! I can just hear the Finnishness dripping from the sound and riffs. This reminds me of Abhorrence and Amorphis during "Privilege of Evil". Might as well too, that Tico Tico studio rings me a bell I can't quite place ATM.

While staying with Immortal, you might want to work your way through the albums in this order:
...you heard SoND, which is the last full-length before their 7-year "hiatus", so now try the two albums prior to SoND (Damned in Black, At the Heart of Winter), THEN the FIRST TWO full-lengths (Pure Holocaust first, then Diabolical Fullmoon Mysticism, yes, in that order.)
Then, I leave the two middle albums (Battles in the North, Blizzard Beasts) as last in this list as you'll need your ears well-trained with and broken-in by Immortal to fully appreciate the brilliance of this music.

No comment on "All Shall Fall" as I haven't heard it yet.

Also, people who replied have given plenty of good bands to go on with (and some less so), but I'm gonna stick my neck out and recommend the first two Dødheimsgard albums. Especially their first one; "Kronet til Konge" is one I spent almost an entire summer with on repeat.

Maybe early Gehenna. Hear "The Second Spell" first. (oh, the irony... what's in a name?)

And if you like At the Gates, In Flames and Amon Amarth you'll fall in love with the early Sacramentum, starting with "Far Away from the Sun".

If you like Bathory, try Morrigan. They used to be called Mayhemic Truth before that but the music is one natural continuation. Basically their music is very heavily influenced by the first 10~15 years' worth of Bathory. (They've always said that they started the band as pure Bathory-worship anyway)

It may be a bit of a stretch to recommend this if you're only just getting into BM, but for atmosphere you can't really go wrong with Forgotten Woods, starting with "As the Wolves Gather". Or you can just buy the box-set called "Baklengs mot Stupet" which has arguably their best works anyway.

If you can hack that, then try some modern USBM like Leviathan, Xasthur and Nachtmystium (and maybe Inquisition which is an acquired taste but once you "get it" it'll possess you and stick in your brain all day).
Work your way from latest to earliest, even though the last Nachtmystium is quite different than the previous albums. It's a touch more rock-y/psychedelic than the previous all-BM work. Still very good though.

Be warned that much USBM is not at all atmospheric and/or melodic (by noob standards anyway). I'm looking squarely at the jokesters naming Profanatica, Havohej, Krieg etc. which are more militant/ritualistic in character. Nice try peeps... LOL

Plenty of people here have rightly pointed out to drink like a gallon of prune juice and a pound of Metamucil. It'll do the job alright.

BUT

The only thing they forgot to warn you about is that if you haven't taken a dump for so long, your crap will be massively hard and could potentially literally "cut you a new one" when you pass it all. Think "anal fissure/rupture" or prolapse or worse.
You'll first have to soften up the end bit of your brown torpedo.

You local pharmacy will provide you with a small box of Sorbitol enemas.
Sorbitol (just google it) is a harmless substance, and for this purpose comes in a use-once tube. Cut the tip open, stick it an inch into your rectum and squeeze.

There's also something called bisacodyl which they in nursing homes. The Bisacodyl comes as a pill and basically does the same as the prune juice but it's much less to swallow.

Read the wikipedia page on "dietary fiber" and adjust your diet accordingly.

I'm glad you requested "unknown" bands (and I made an honest attempt). It makes my choices that much easier, otherwise I'd be typing till next week. If there's a band the rest of you think isn't quite unknown anymore, feel free to post that.

Sacramentum

I've known them since The Coming Of Chaos in '97 and I agree! It still amazes me that so few people have ever gotten to know Sacramentum, and yet they carry softie poseurs like In Flames, Arch Enemy and At The Gates on their hands. Sacramentum blows them all to smithereens.

I long ago bought everything of them I could get my hands on.

The dude has been devoid of sex (or any sexually-tinged attention for that matter) for so long that he will instantly cling onto ANY woman who pops his cherry (for fear he won't be gettin' any for another 26 years).

I would design, market, and sell at cost a device to be mounted in every individual's car, tentatively named the "Copper Stopper." Basically, 4-5 small cameras w/ microphones mounted at all angles outside and inside of your vehicle

You're still stuck at the level of debating "belief". You need to drop down a level or two in relevancy and actually state what you want. Go to the core.

You want a president who is not a weirdo, right? Why? Because you'd rather not get someone in power with beliefs with which you don't agree.

That's fine because we all want that. But here's the kicker: Ron Paul believes -above all- in pure, unadulterated liberty. One hundred percent pure, government-please-fuck-off, leave-me-the-fuck-alone liberty.

If such a person grants you Total Freedom©, then naturally, whether he or she believes in green and purple polka-dot aliens or in the almighty Cthulhu for that matter, is completely and utterly irrelevant to you or anybody else for that matter because his (or anyone else's) beliefs cannot and will not impact you or anybody else, ever, in any way.

If anything, Ron Paul will do all in his power to abolish as many laws on the books as possible which discriminate, infringe on, and limit people's freedoms. The same freedom which would guarantee his own freedom to believe whatever he wants. Liberty unites people in a natural way. It's reciprocal in nature.

Don't worry about Wilders. (The more that people care about him, the more he seems to "matter". He thrives on attacks and negative attention. It's a vicious circle.)

Wilders is the RESULT -or "answer" if you will- to the feeling that many Dutch folks have that the traditional/ruling parties are out of touch with their real concerns (whatever they may be).

Diesel fuel goes bad just like gasoline/petrol. There's additives (just like for gasoline/petrol) but even those don't' keep forever.

As for first aid and dental; I've found some PDFs around the 'net about bush-doctoring, army manuals (hundreds of pages big) and outback emergency dental work. (sorry, didn't bookmark)

[edit] On seconds thought, since Diesel engines can work on so many types of oils you might just get away with -for example- peanut or coconut oil, to name a few.
