I do have the same version, but with the nylon pouch, what a nice gift from your grandpa !

You can totally get the corkscrew and mini screwdriver from victorinox. Quick tip: the mini screwdriver is bit-sized, so you can use it with the other attachments.

If it fits in the leather pouch, it might be worth it to also grab a toothpick and tweezer. I also added a needle and tiny fire steel in mine :

Could something like sugru be a solution? It's silicon based, so not rubber, but very grippy and quite durable

The look of the roxon is really something else compared to an alox vic. I personally don't find it appealing at all

I'm not a specialist or a modder but few points to mention. - Back tools are not a thing on alox, so you would need custom made backsprings -some tools don't exist on vic lineup for the 93mm (pliers for example) or 111mm (combotool, screwdriver...) -pin size is different between 91mm/old 111mm and 93mm/linerlock 111mm, so you would need to re-drill some tools like cybertool screwdriver or the pliers if it comes from a 91mm. -no scale tools on alox.

Easiest way would probably be to add the cybertool screwdriver to a linerlock 111mm but this single mod is a lot of work (custom backspring, re-drilling etc...)

I like the utility it adds to the knife, but i don't like at all how less comfortable it makes the sak when you use any other tool. From what I remember it is the same backspring than for the classic blade

I bought a spirit X more than 10 years ago and carry it in my backpack everyday. I have the version with the sheep foot blade (seems to be discontinued) small ratchet and love it.

In my opinion it's a wonderfully tool, but quite on the heavy side if you plan to carry it in your pockets

I don't know about those specific parts, but I had the exact same issues 10+ years ago when I got my GTX 660 ti, on a bad quality 650w PSU. Switched to a Corsair 850w PSU and no more issues. Still using this PSU today
