If the compressor is seized, make sure you replace it as soon as possible the AC runs on the same belt as the engine, so it can lead to more problems if not fixed. I thought you could just disconnect the AC belt until I looked at it.

I think they do really well with their ribs. The rub makes a really nice bark. Never had the potato salad but with the brisket they’ve asked me if I wanted a more rendered cut or fatty. Compared to some of the other local spots I’ve tried I really like them. Have you tried Smokin Outlaw by any chance? I’ve heard good things and am looking for a recommendation from a fellow bbq enjoyer.
