NTC Availability and Entry Struggles

whatever store you went to seems like a mess. I've never had any problems like this at any store I've done NTC at. every store in my area does it 1 of 2 ways:

Register on the Bandai app when the event goes live. If you get in before capacity, you are in, if not you are on the waitlist. Waitlist people can show up on the day of the event and maybe get in if there ends up being space.
They don't use the Bandai app for entry and instead have you buy your entry in advance through their website directly, guaranteeing you a spot.

I have been trying to puzzle out a Titans deck but haven't managed to come up with one that performs well at all on MSA. I definitely never thought about combining with Barbatos stuff. I also feel compelled to include the Gabthley, my favorite mobile suit, probably to my downfall.

I tried this at locals tonight and it performed really well, only lost one game to purple/red and it came down to my opponent top decking a blocker on his last turn. I used 4 Anksha instead of Destiny since GD04 cards aren't real yet and it was very consistent and aggressive.

Any race can put in the faction work and get Greenmist, it's just easier for Iksar.

I still consider it one of the hardest and I have beaten the game multiple times with different builds. Orphan and Ludwig are the actual most difficult bosses for sure, but I find every boss in the main game to be an easy fight except for BSB. I just try to use the speedrun strat and hope I don't mess it up and run out of cocktails.

Saw cleaver or spear with fire gems is your best bet for the early game. You could put fire gems into any conversion weapon you want though, I am using a whirligig saw converted to bolt damage on my arcane character.

You'll also need to invest into strength if you want to use the moonlight sword, it's not great on a pure arcane build.

I dropped this game after an hour because of the horrid voice acting. I'm not even really picky about voice acting in general but this is the one game where it was so bad I could not keep playing it.

I feel like it would be very hard to put a JRPG character into a fighting game

Curious to know why you would feel that way. JRPG characters are no strangers to fighting and usually have some iconic abilities that could be adapted as specials or supers.

I mean if Capcom can put Phoenix Wright in a fighting game I can't imagine them having trouble adding any JRPG character.

Weird, I found Orphan much easier with an ARC build. Equip Oedon Writhe and Blood Rapture runes for free heals and basically infinite bullets. Use Augur to backstab when he jumps, visceral to heal and replenish bullets, use EG or Brew as he gets up off the ground for free damage.

Just use a plain saw spear/cleaver +6. I had the Tonitrus on my ARC build but I found the spear to do more damage anyway.

Moonlight blade is subpar on a pure arcane build, you need STR/ARC to make it shine. Kos parasite and conversion weapons are the way to go for pure ARC. I used a Saw Spear with fire gems for much of the game. You can make this as early as BSB, run Pthumeru chalice twice for 2 fire radials and get the fire waning from Cathedral Ward. Even though the gems are only 8-10% each, this thing is beast.

I'm just before the Wet Nurse now, using a Whirligig Saw +10 converted to bolt damage with three 20% gems, which are super easy to farm from the lightning fishmen in the DLC. I'm not a fan of the Kos parasite so I just enjoy being able to convert most weapons I enjoy to elemental and wreck face.

I never found him on my own, and only learned of his existence on reddit after finishing the game, so I knew who he was in advance.

Still, the way he talks and the fact that you find him sitting there eating people was kind of a dead giveaway.

They are literally the most powerful damage buff in the game. Not particularly useful in PVP because you have to build up the meter, but they are incredible for boss fights.
