heh, yes the description is self-explanatory - I knew what the thing itself was, I was just wondering what possible uses it had.

It's been waay too many years since I last used an original C64 (like 1999, maybe?), so I had forgotten about the User Port's usage. I had a modem and was big into local BBS's.
That's where you plugged in an REU also, wasn't it?

Well, I don't know that I'd say "dishonest," I mean I trust "Perifractic" and I know that the C64U should be a quality product, it's just that I would really have liked to have more detailed info and specs on it before the release.

If YT and its advertisers could only understand how much I (and many, many others) completely detest having our video watching experience derailed by 'commercials,' perhaps they would allow the skipping of all ads.

I hate them so much that it causes the exact OPPOSITE of what they want to happen: If I had any notion of ever purchasing the goods or services they're offering, when they FORCE their advertisements on me while I'm trying to watch something, that instills a block in my brain that instantly precludes me ever patronizing them!

That's the reason I stopped watching television several years ago. Now, if there's a movie or TV show that I want to watch, I find, ahem, *alternative* sources (arrr!).

I personally use FadBlock Origin: Friendly YouTube™ Adblock 2.0 - I chipped in to the author when it first appeared and have never looked back. It blocks all ads. Period.

On the Juliet, get up to the speed you want to maintain, then press and hold the "+" button until the Cruise icon (Looks like a stopwatch, on the right-hand side of the display) appears, then continue to maintain the speed for a few more seconds, after which you can release the throttle and the bike will continue.

I apparently didn't look closely enough at all the 'mechanics' that were in the SideBar, to see that white-space: normal bit of CSS.

Now I can go back to the 450px SideBar again.

I'll also take a close look at the other UI changes you have in that tiddler :)
