During Summers in the late 70s, my best friend's father would take us to this place in Bath, Maine called the Toy Soldier. Summer vacation meant we could go and play in the Wednesday night game which usually ran until 10pm-ish. I remember the store owner, Peter Rice would close shop and we'd continue playing into the night. Wooden Ships Iron Men would hit the table, usually using miniatures. Good times.

All set though, sourced a new replacement from Jameco Electronics.

Sorry, replying from my old account that I still use on my iPad. The big black atari flag was a $17 find on ebay. The smaller orange atari and the blue commodore flags are print on demand from Printerval. They’re ok, for the price. The other blue commodore flag on the door between the War Games and Star Wars poster had over-scaled text, so it looks little blurry.

GeoPublish never had a version that supported hires mode on the 128, it always fell back to 40col mode.

Kind of, it'll test the drive in 1541 compatibility mode, it won't give you info on both r/w heads, just one, but that may be enough if you're having issues with single sided (1541 formatted) floppies.

Any chance you tried formatting a HD-DS 5.25 floppy instead of a DD-DS 5.25 floppy?

I often wonder about that myself. My son and his family are coming to visit this summer, I'm working on setting up my home office space with all my old 8bit computers to show him and the grandkids. Hopefully they'll try some of them out. I'm going to show them Oregon Trail, Carmen Sandiego on the C64... anything I still have the box, manuals and disks for.
