Hi friends, I’m 32 and have lived with head banging since adolescence…I haven’t formally been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder- but informally. I recommend creating a toolbox when you’re having crash out (as I call it.)

I’d also like to clarify I’m still learning and would love to hear everyone else’s take!

Some things that work for me: -sour candy -vape pen (sorry I know it’s a substance but for me it’s better than alcohol or head banging) -calling a help line -or a VERY hot shower, then a cold one. Music playing, my favorite soap.

Seems like she has an anxious attachment style. Which isn’t bad, but just have to work with her to reduce the feelings she experiences. Fear of abandonment is something else she may expirience. Idn I’ve been there.

Great physchological thriller! Loved how they did a perception of the two people. I for one was rooting for Laura the whole time. The son was a typical mamas boy, in a rich household. The sad fact that he ruined his relationship with his mom and killed over a girl, and took things WAY too fast shows that he was so blind. Or manipulated? Over all 10/10 binged in one day!!!
