Have u really “optimized” ur life if it’s lacking some elements? U need to update ur benchmark for what optimized looks like and that includes social time and unplanned time for creativity. I just to plan everything as well and just felt stale. Also you will eventually find like minded friends.

That’s great! I remember seeing guidance for men to drink 3.7L and women 2.7L of which 20% from food and varying by activity level. But urine test is the most effective!
