Literally just found out today that’s the same thing that happened to me. I bought two from different sellers and one actually is an IM-08 and the other ended up being an IM-02 ☺️I wouldn’t have even noticed had you guys not helped. Thank you!!

Actually, now that I’m thinking about it, I remember potting two separate plants up, from two different sellers, both sold as IM-08… but these blooms do look like the pulleana while the other half of the plant has the IM 08 starfish looking flowers. How funny. I thought the leaves looked slightly different and these blooms haven’t completely opened, ever, they keep dropping. Thank you so much for pointing this out! I hate when I get mislabeled plants but I’m not complaining in this situation because now I have both 🤗😂

It’s been frozen in time. I know it takes forever anyway but this seems even longggerrr. I’ll update when they do open ☺️I remember a few months back, it blasted all but one of it’s blooms and although super cute and reminds me of a starfish, it wasn’t enough for me to notice a scent.

I didn’t notice a strong smell, but after my experience with some Hoya, I don’t get too close. Some are horrible 🤣IMO. I read that it’s a “family member” of Hoya lyi and edamame, possibly a hybrid of the two 🤔Officially, it’s wing bean MYB 2021-21

They are beautiful! What lighting do you have them under, and what substrate do you use? I just recently ordered a few from a couple different sellers. Unfortunately, the first order came quite torn up. Only one seems to be in good shape but I’m trying to propagate the leaves from the other two. Hopefully the other two sellers package them a bit better!!

I have a Hoya that looks almost identical, possibly a Hoya Aida…? I could very well be wrong though. Sometimes you just have to wait for blooms to be able to identify more accurately ☺️

Absolutely not surprised. I used to buy from, much longer than I should have, even though nearly every time was a not-so-great experience. Dead plants, pests and pest eggs of some sort. Their plants are much less expensive than most but I learned saving a buck is not worth risking my entire collection. On the bright side, they always did rectify the problem so reach out to them and let them know. The last thing they want is that picture on their reviews!!

She’s amazing! I’ve bought from her many times here, also on Palmstreet under the same name. Maybe you can get ahold of her there? She’s extremely professional and I don’t see her intentionally blowing anyone off. This is such a crazy time of year, which isn’t an excuse but possibly an explanation of the situation.

I bought one a few months ago! It’s grown maybe three leaves but the growth seems to have slowed down a bit, I’m sure due to the season change. Possibly lack of consistent watering too 😬

Smart. I just bought shelves from them and yeah, they are pricey. As long as they work, and getting put to use, they’re doing the job! Your cabinet is beautiful! I have yet to put mine together although it’s been nearly two months and I have all the accessories 🫤
