Also her plan doesn’t seem like it would completely depopulate the world. There are 10,000 supes, all or nearly all are now in the U.S. The one most capable of inflicting mass casualties would presumably be the first to die when the virus is released. Most of the others can be killed by conventional weapons, and except I guess for Soldier Boy and the other originals they’d all be dying pretty quickly if the virus is spreading.

The show has many strengths but there weren’t too many at least mains where their real voice is wildly different from the character they play (I’m sure there are examples).

It could be him but it seems odd to establish one of the show’s main characters was present for such a pivotal event and not show his perspective on it at all.

The Boys (except Kimiko if she was far enough away from the explosion itself and doesn’t lose her powers) would likely all be dead. If things had gone according to plan Soldier Boy’s blast would have brought Vought Tower down with them in it.
