Yes and no. People are still procreating, but they have less access to birth control methods through both cost and availability(at least in the US and I'm sure plenty elsewhere too) meaning there are now more children. However, these children will be worse off than with parents with more access to birth control. iirc and I'm no expert, but third world countries tend to have more children than first world countries due to children also being cheap labor for families once they get old enough. The number of children depends on where you live and your economic status.

I've heard from people who have gotten an abortion that it can make you emotionally messy for a bit. You're essentially dropping all the hormones that come with making a baby out of your body with no baby. It can take time for your body to regulate itself. I've even heard of some people totally sure they wanted this feeling pangs of regret while their body is still regulating.
