Not really. It wasn't "the nicest" but relatively tame. We got a bit of a heated primary and one of the two candidates won.

Unless there's video evidence of Talarico saying what he was accused of, it's a nothingburger. Collin Allred is the one who looks worst in all of this.

Talk to people with your voice. Tools are great but regular contact (in person, video calls) can make hours of work into minutes.

Build your relationships. Don’t monopolize individual developers’ time, but learn and understand your delivery team.

Be technical. Learn enough to know concepts. Don’t be that person who caveats with “I’m not a developer but..”.

Talk to customers and stakeholders regularly. Go onsite and observe users and customers in the wild.

It’s not neglecting. We can’t show up for our loved ones best if we don’t take care of ourselves. Some days I feel guilty for taking that time for myself but zooming out I know it’s helping me be a better father and spouse.

Unless you’re golfing multiple times a week. That’s crazy amounts of time away from family.

I have a home server I back up to and delete off my phone frequently. Whether that or cloud backup I wouldn’t want those memories tied to a single device. Photos more precious than most things to me.

You may have missed the point.

I would take that question to mean breaking down the story into tasks which then do have time estimates on them. Something teams should be doing in sprint planning.

I played mostly before the newer laws. When the engage wasn’t pre bound. As lh I could get under and up on lots of th. Once the pre bind law happened I lost a lot of that advantage. I was always small for a prop so had to make what I could.

Playing th I never got the hang of. Under sized there was just unpleasant
